End-of-line wash valve

End-of-line wash valve

Categories: ,

Description

These valves are used in drip or pressurized irrigation systems to flush out sediments and particles from the end of the irrigation lines, preventing clogging of nozzles and drippers.

How the System Works:

When the system starts and the water pressure is low, the valve diaphragm remains open, allowing accumulated sediments at the end of the pipe to be flushed out with the water flow. As the pressure increases and stabilizes within the system, the diaphragm closes and the flushing process stops.

  • Required flushing pressure: 0.5 to 3 bar.
  • Flushing duration: 15 to 25 seconds.
  • The amount of water used for flushing is between 2 and 3 liters.
  • Available sizes: 16 mm and 20 mm.
