These filters are designed for use in drip irrigation systems for orchards, farms, and agro-industrial fields. They can be used independently or, depending on the design, in combination with primer filters, sand filters, hydrocyclones, pump suction systems, and fertilizer tanks. The operating mechanism of these filters relies on creating a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, with a minimum inlet pressure of 1.5 bar and a maximum of 10 bar. These filters are installed between the water source and drip irrigation pipes to filter and separate particles such as sand, algae, etc., ensuring clean water reaches the distribution lines. They are available in carbon steel and corrosion-resistant stainless steel bodies, depending on customer preference. The mesh used in all products is made of stainless steel. The filtration range is between 50 to 200 microns. The cleaning process starts when a pressure difference is detected between the inlet and outlet and operates without interrupting water flow. This system can be used in both stationary and mobile configurations. All paints used on the exterior and interior surfaces are high-quality electrostatic oven-baked coatings.
