Warranty and after sales service
All products of the company include 24 months warranty and 120 months (10 years) after sales service (warranty).
The warranty conditions are as follows:
1- Installation of the machine by authorized expert and receiving valid and valid warranty card to the company seal as well as completing the meeting delivery form
Note: The warranty period is 24 months from the date of installation.
2. Conventional use of the device in accordance with the instruction manual
Note: Operator training is provided when installing the device
3. Periodic services by authorized technician
Note: Any defects resulting from tampering by unauthorized or unauthorized users will result in invalidity of the warranty.
4. Any defects caused by the use of non-conventional chemicals that damage the main components of the machine.
5. Any unintentional or deliberate changes to the warranty will invalidate it
